About Our AI Systems

Require Hire uses artificial intelligence to enhance the recruitment process. This document explains how our AI works, what data it uses, and your rights regarding automated decision-making under India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act (DPDPA) 2023.

1. How Our AI Makes Decisions
Interview Assessment

Our AI analyzes your interview responses based on:

  • Content Relevance: How well your answer addresses the question asked
  • Technical Accuracy: Correctness of technical concepts mentioned
  • Communication Clarity: Structure and coherence of your response
  • Problem-Solving Approach: Your methodology in tackling scenarios
Scoring Methodology

Scores are generated on a 0-100 scale based on weighted criteria specific to each job role. The AI provides:

  • Overall performance score
  • Category-wise breakdown (technical, communication, problem-solving)
  • Specific strengths and areas for improvement
Important: AI scores are advisory only. Final hiring decisions are always made by human HR professionals.
