Estimation Manager

• *Job Title:** Estimation Engineer/Manager - Commercial Interiors • *Company:** A leading Architect firm • *Location:** Kalyan nagar ,Bangalore • *Experience:** 37 Years • *Role Overview** We are looking for a detail-oriented Estimation Engineer who can manage the complete tendering lifecycle for commercial interior projects—from pre-tender analysis to post tender coordination. The candidate should have strong expertise in BOQ preparation, cost planning, vendor coordination, and technical evaluation. • *Key Responsibilities:** • *Pre-Tender Stage** • Study tender documents, drawings, and specifications thoroughly • Prepare detailed **BOQs (Bill of Quantities)** with accurate quantity take-offs • Conduct site visits (if required) for better estimation accuracy • Float RFQs to vendors and subcontractors and collect quotations • Analyze vendor quotes and prepare comparative statements • Develop cost estimates including material, labour, overheads, and margins • Identify risks, exclusions, and assumptions clearly • *Tender Submission** • Compile techno-commercial proposals • Coordinate with design and project teams for inputs • Ensure timely submission of tenders with complete documentation • Participate in client meetings and pre-bid discussions • *Post-Tender Stage** • Support negotiations with clients and vendors • Assist in finalizing budgets and cost optimization • Prepare handover documents for execution team • Track awarded vs estimated costs for learning and improvement • Maintain cost database for future projects • *Key Skills Required** • Strong knowledge of commercial interior fit-outs • Expertise in quantity take-offs and rate analysis • Proficiency in Excel (mandatory), AutoCAD; knowledge of BIM is a plus • Understanding of materials, finishes, and market rates • Vendor network and negotiation skills • Good communication and documentation skills • *Preferred Profile** • Background in Architecture / Civil Engineering • Experience in office interiors, healthcare, or institutional projects • Exposure to fast-track project environments • *Why Join Us** • Opportunity to work on premium commercial interior projects • Exposure to end-to-end project lifecycle • Growth-driven, entrepreneurial work environment , Flexi work hours, deliverables oriented
