Role Description The Assistant role at Harshaskitchen is a full-time on-site position based in Hyderabad. The Assistant will support daily kitchen operations, including food preparation, inventory management, and maintaining cleanliness and organization. Additional responsibilities include assisting with customer service, ensuring proper packaging and timely delivery of orders, and supporting the team in executing events or catering projects. Qualifications • Proficiency in food preparation, basic cooking techniques, and kitchen organization • Ability to manage inventory and ensure supplies are stocked and properly maintained • Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills to assist in collaborative kitchen operations • Customer service skills to interact with clients and address their needs effectively • Attention to detail and organizational abilities to maintain cleanliness and food safety standards • Flexibility to support catering or events, including weekends or holidays • Previous experience in a kitchen or food industry environment is a plus • High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in food safety or culinary arts are a bonus
