Job Description
ROLE PURPOSE About the Opportunity As an experienced Business Process Expert, you will get the opportunity to be a part of the Business Process Management Team of Sanofi Business Operations. In our department, you will be an enabler with ensuring process governance to constantly improve our E2E Core Model Processes, working with best-in-class technologies like SAP Signavio and being a part of an international transformational multi-cultural organization that is driving digitalization. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES This position is a key role in our transversal organization, contributing the realization of our business's long-term objectives across all Sanofi • * Act as a central point of knowledge for Signavio Tool and BPMN 2.0 methodology • Evaluating business processes as a quality gate keeper • Educating business users responsible for managing and operating business processes • Maintain training material and documentation to be provided to stakeholders • Access control governance on the Process Management tool • Reporting status of ongoing initiatives to Key Stakeholders • Analyzing and monitoring implemented changes to business processes • Presenting progress reports and integrating feedback • Facilitating Business Process workshops with stakeholders • Performing process assessments EXPECTED SKILLS Must haves • * Process Management: • Process Mindset • Process architecture tool knowledge (e.g. Signavio, Aris, Visio, etc.) • Soft skills: • Delivery orientation and growth mindset • Ability to work across processes, geographies, nationalities and cultures • Good written skills with the ability to produce clear and concise documentation • Fluency in English mandatory • High level of Interpersonal/ communication skills Nice to haves • * Experience/Certification in Agile methodologies and Continuous Improvement (Lean Six Sigma) • Business Systems: • Knowledge of transactional / back-office systems or reporting systems (SAP, Workday, eBuy/ Coupa, … Background and Experience • * 1-3 years of Business Process experience • Experience in working according to standards • Background in Business Administration or Computer Science preferable • Digital & technology savviness • Team player • Good stakeholder management skills null
