Project Supervisor

Job Title: Project Supervisor / Civil Site SupervisorLocation: Patna | Ranchi | Jamshedpur Experience: 2–5 Years (Preferred)Education: Diploma / B.Tech in Civil EngineeringJob Summary: We are looking for a responsible and experienced Project Supervisor / Civil Site Supervisor who can manage complete site operations from the first client visit to final execution. The candidate should have strong knowledge of civil work, waterproofing, and interior projects, along with the ability to handle manpower, materials, and client coordination efficiently. Key Responsibilities: • Handle site inspection and first client visit, understanding client requirements • Plan and execute civil, waterproofing, and interior works • Manage daily site operations across assigned locations • Supervise and allocate labour/manpower efficiently • Ensure proper material handling, stock management, and utilization • Maintain quality control and safety standards • Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and contractors • Prepare daily/weekly progress reports • Handle client communication and grievance resolution • Manage billing, measurement, and payment follow-ups • Monitor project cost and reduce wastage • Ensure execution as per drawings and specifications Required Skills: • Strong knowledge of Civil Construction, Waterproofing & Interior Work • Good site management & leadership skills • Ability to handle multiple sites (Patna, Ranchi, Jamshedpur) • Basic knowledge of billing, estimation & measurements • Good communication & problem-solving ability Preferred Qualifications: • Diploma / Degree in Civil Engineering • Experience in waterproofing projects (preferred) • Basic computer knowledge (Excel/Reporting) Salary: ₹12,000 – ₹22,000 (Based on Experience) + Incentives Perks & Benefits: • TA/DA Allowances • Performance Incentives • Career Growth Opportunities Job Types: Full-time, Permanent Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹22,000.00 per month Benefits: • Health insurance • Provident Fund Work Location: In person
