Job Summary - We are looking for a Dynamic and Experienced Admission Manager to join our team! Job Responsibilities : • Oversee all aspects of the admissions process, from initial inquiries to final student enrolment. • Ensure accurate processing of all applications and documents, including transcripts, test scores, and recommendation letters. • Coordinate and manage admissions events such as open houses, interviews, and campus tours. • Supervise and mentor the admissions team, ensuring they provide excellent customer service and maintain high levels of organization. • Provide training and professional development opportunities for the admissions staff. • Ensure performance goals are met by the admissions team, fostering a collaborative work environment. • Maintain regular communication with prospective students and their families regarding the admissions process, deadlines, and requirements. • Establish strong relationships with high schools, guidance counsellors, community organizations, and other educational institutions. • Represent the institution at college fairs, recruitment events, and other external opportunities. • Collaborate with various departments, including academic, financial aid, and student services, to ensure the smooth transition of admitted students. • Work with the marketing team to create promotional materials and enhance the admissions experience. • Ensure the admissions process is compliant with institutional policies, accreditation requirements, and relevant laws. • Maintain accurate and up-to-date records for all applicants in the admissions database. Experience Required: • 10-12 years of exclusive experience in Admissions at a reputed Management College or University Only.
