Assembly Process Planning

Job Title: Assembly Process Planning -( Digital Manufacturing / Virtual Manufacturing ) Responsibilities • Conduct thorough product studies and define assembly processes while considering quality, safety, delivery, and ergonomics. • Perform line balancing and plan TAKT time and cycle time. • Calculate build rates for mixed model variants. • Conduct time studies using MTM or MOST standards. Essential Skills • 2 to 4 years of experience in Manufacturing Engineering, specifically in the assembly domain within the automotive industry. • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Production Engineering. • Proficient understanding of assembly processes. • Experience with MTM or MOST standards. Additional Skills & Qualifications • MTM certification is desirable. • Proficiency in using Teamcenter software.
