We’re looking for a Team Leader – Sales who can **lead from the front, manage high-energy telesales teams, and consistently drive performance** in a fast-paced BPO environment.

• *Role Overview:**
You will be responsible for managing a team of 15–20 telesales executives, ensuring they meet daily and monthly sales targets while maintaining high-quality customer interactions. This is a hands-on role where you will actively monitor calls, coach team members, and step in to drive performance whenever needed.
Beyond just team management, you will play a key role in **improving conversions, optimizing team productivity, and building a strong sales culture** within your team.
• *What you’ll be doing:**
• Managing and driving performance of 15–20 telesales executives
• Monitoring daily KPIs like calls, conversions, and revenue
• Coaching team members through call audits and real-time feedback
• Driving team to consistently achieve and exceed sales targets
• Training new joiners and improving overall team capability
• Ensuring adherence to quality and compliance standards
• Identifying performance gaps and taking corrective actions

• Graduate (mandatory)
• 2–4 years of experience in tele sales/BPO sales environment
• Proven experience in handling a team (15–20 members)
• Strong understanding of sales metrics and call center KPIs
• Good communication and strong people management skills
• Someone who is hands-on, target-driven, and execution-focused
