AI / LLM / Java Developer - Senior Consultant

Job Title: Senior Consultant – AI / LLM / Java Experience: 4+ Years (Java) + 1–2 Years (AI/ML) Location: Gurgaon / Noida Employment Type: Full-time Job Summary We are looking for a dynamic Senior Consultant – AI / LLM / Java with strong backend development expertise and hands-on experience in AI/ML and Retrieval-Augmented Generation (RAG). The ideal candidate will combine deep knowledge of Java/J2EE technologies with the ability to design and implement LLM-powered applications for enterprise use cases. Key Responsibilities • Design and develop scalable, high-performance applications using Java/J2EE • Build and manage microservices using Spring Boot and Spring Framework • Develop and implement AI/ML-driven solutions, including RAG-based architectures • Integrate Large Language Models (LLMs) into enterprise applications (chatbots, knowledge assistants, automation tools) • Design and consume RESTful APIs for system integration • Use Maven/Gradle for build, deployment, and dependency management • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including AI/ML engineers, product managers, and architects • Optimize application performance, scalability, and security • Mentor junior developers and contribute to technical leadership • Stay updated with advancements in AI, LLMs, and backend engineering Required Skills & Qualifications • 4+ years of experience in Java/J2EE development • Strong expertise in Spring Boot and Spring Framework • Hands-on experience with Maven or Gradle • Solid understanding of microservices architecture and REST APIs • 1–2 years of hands-on experience in AI/ML development • Practical exposure to RAG (Retrieval-Augmented Generation) concepts and implementations • Experience with LLM integration and prompt engineering basics • Familiarity with SQL/NoSQL databases • Understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies Preferred Qualifications • Experience with vector databases (e.g., Pinecone, FAISS, Weaviate) • Familiarity with LLM orchestration frameworks (LangChain, LlamaIndex, etc.) • Working knowledge of Python for AI/ML use cases • Experience with cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) • Exposure to containerization tools like Docker and Kubernetes
