Sales & Marketing Executive

**Key Responsibilities**: - Identify and approach new schools, institutions, and distributors for uniform supply. - Build and maintain strong relationships with principals, school management, and procurement heads. - Present uniform samples, pricing, and fabric options to decision-makers. - Coordinate order processing, fittings, and timely delivery with the production team. - Follow up for payments and maintain proper client communication records. - Assist in developing marketing materials (brochures, sample kits, digital campaigns, etc.). - Participate in exhibitions, events, and school meetings to promote the brand. - Provide regular reports on market visits, leads, and sales performance. - Collect market feedback, competitor updates, and customer requirements. • *Required Skills**: - Strong communication and presentation skills (English & Tamil preferred). - Confident in meeting school authorities and handling negotiations. - Good understanding of school uniform products, fabrics, and sizing (training provided). - Goal-oriented and able to achieve monthly/annual sales targets. - Two-wheeler with valid driving license preferred.
