CA Financial Controller

• *Role Summary** We are looking for a **Finance Controller** to oversee financial governance, reporting, and performance analysis for a manufacturing organization. The role combines strong **financial controllership responsibilities** with **business finance and performance management**, ensuring accurate financial reporting, effective internal controls, and meaningful insights to support leadership decisions.This position will work closely with operations, supply chain, and leadership teams to maintain financial integrity while supporting budgeting, forecasting, and business planning initiatives. • *Core Areas of Responsibility** • *Financial Reporting & Governance** • Oversee preparation of **monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements** in accordance with applicable accounting standards. • Manage the **financial close-process** and ensure accurate and timely reporting. • Prepare **management reports and financial summaries** for leadership review. • Support **internal and external audits**, including preparation of schedules and documentation. • Ensure adherence to company policies, accounting standards, and regulatory requirements. • *Budgeting, Forecasting & Performance Analysis** • Coordinate **annual budgeting and periodic forecasting** processes with business stakeholders. • Perform **variance analysis (actual vs budget / forecast)** and provide actionable insights. • Develop financial projections and **long-range financial planning models**. • Maintain periodic **performance dashboards and financial metrics** to support management decisions. • *Finance Operations, Controls & Systems** • Oversee core **accounting functions** while ensuring robust internal controls and financial review processes. • Monitor key **balance sheet** accounts, provisions, reconciliations, capital expenditure, asset capitalization, and FX revaluations. • Partner with **operations and supply chain teams** to ensure accurate financial tracking of production and inventory movements. • Drive effective utilization of **ERP systems** for financial and operational reporting. • Strengthen finance processes through **standardization**, documentation of SOPs, reporting templates, and automation initiatives. • *Liquidity & Working Capital Oversight** • Monitor **cash flow forecasts and liquidity requirements**. • Support initiatives to improve **working capital efficiency** across receivables, payables, and inventory. • Provide financial analysis to support investment and capital allocation decisions. • *Audit, Risk & Compliance** • Coordinate internal and statutory audits and maintain **audit-ready financial documentation**. • Support implementation of **audit recommendations and internal control improvements**. • Participate in periodic **financial risk and compliance reviews**. • *Leadership & Cross-Functional Collaboration** • Provide financial insights to support **operational and strategic decision-making**. • Collaborate with cross-functional teams including **operations, procurement, and senior management**. • Guide and mentor finance team members to ensure effective execution of finance processes. • *Qualifications & Experience** • Chartered Accountant / CPA / ACCA or equivalent qualification • 3+ years of experience in **finance, controllership, or business finance roles** • Prior experience in **manufacturing or product-based organizations** • Strong understanding of **financial reporting, budgeting, and financial analysis** • Experience working with **ERP systems and financial reporting tools**
