Intercompany Accounting & Reconciliation • You review and reconcile intercompany transactions. • You ensure intercompany balances are fully matched and eliminated at the group consolidation level. • You investigate and resolve discrepancies across time zones and currencies. • You maintain the intercompany matrix, netting agreements, and settlement schedules. Reporting & Audit Support • You prepare intercompany disclosures for consolidated financial statements (IFRS) and statutory accounts (HGB). • You support internal and external audits across multiple jurisdictions. • You maintain an audit trail for all intercompany transactions in compliance with GoBD (Germany) and group policies. AI-Augmented Accounting • You use AI tools to auto-match intercompany transactions and flag exceptions. • You use generative AI to draft narratives, commentary and audit-ready memos. • You apply machine learning models for anomaly detection in intercompany flows and transfer pricing deviations. • You continuously evaluate emerging AI tools to improve the intercompany close cycle and reporting accuracy. Because you have a lot to offer! • You have industry experience as a Chartered Accountant / CA Inter / B.Com / MBA with 4 - 6 years. • You have a strong Accounting background and are well-versed with practical knowledge of INDAS/IFRS and Inter-company Accounting. • You have advanced knowledge of NetSuite ERP. • You are good at communication skills. • You must have a work ethic of Accountability and Ownership. • You have strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
