Picture this: Fuel India's bike rental revolution from your setup, dialing up success as our Customer Success powerhouse—60-70% outbound calls crushing lead follow-ups and conversions, 30-40% inbound support delivering seamless bookings and delight. Key Responsibilities: • Handle 100 - 120 voice calls daily (outbound + inbound combined). • Make outbound sales calls to new and existing leads for booking assistance and • conversions. • Handle inbound customer support calls related to bookings, pricing, availability, • extensions, and basic troubleshooting. • Follow up with interested customers to close bookings faster. • Maintain accurate call logs and outcomes using Google Forms. • Update lead status, notes, and follow-ups on Zoho CRM. • Meet daily and monthly conversion targets. • Maintain a polite, confident, and professional tone on every call. What are we looking for: • Strong spoken English and Hindi is mandatory • Kannada and/or Telugu is a big plus • Comfortable with continuous calling and targets • Basic knowledge of Excel, Google Forms, and data entry • Ability to handle customer objections calmly • Self-disciplined and reliable for WFH setup • Freshers are welcome (prior sales or support experience is a plus). • Rotational shifts: 8:30 AM - 5:30 PM / 1:00 PM - 10:00 PM / Split Shift: 9:00 AM - 1:00 PM & 5:00 PM - 10:00 PM • 1 weekly off, between Monday to Thursday (rotational) Compensation & Incentives • Fixed salary (up to 20k/month) + performance based incentives • Incentives can go up to ₹10,000 or more, depending on targets achieved Reality Check (We want to be honest upfront): • This is a calling-heavy role • You will hear “not interested” (a lot) • But you’ll build confidence, communication skills and a solid foundation early on in your career Tools & Training (this is on us): • Google Forms for call-level reporting • Zoho CRM for lead and ticket management • Complete training will be provided.
