• *Location:** Remote (Work From Home) • *Shift Timings**: Any 9-hour shift between 9 AM-9 PM IST • *Schedule:** 6 days a week (Monday to Sunday, with 1 rotational weekly off) • *Salary:** ₹16,000 - ₹22,000 • *About the Company:** Datastraw Technologies works with fast-growing D2C brands to help them build stronger relationships with their customers and deliver exceptional customer experiences. We believe that outstanding support is key to building trust and long-term customer loyalty for the brands we partner with. • *About the Role:** We are looking for a Customer Relations Executive who is a confident communicator and enjoys engaging with customers. In this role, you will interact with customers of a **premium lifestyle brand**, assisting them with their queries, orders, and general support needs across voice and chat channels. You will be responsible for delivering a high standard of customer service by responding promptly, communicating clearly, and ensuring every interaction reflects professionalism, empathy, and a strong customer-first mindset. • *Responsibilities:** • Handle inbound and outbound calls to provide order updates and resolve customer queries professionally. • Manage customer interactions through live chats and emails, ensuring professional communication and prompt responses. • Respond to customer messages and comments across platforms such as WhatsApp, Instagram, Facebook, and other digital channels. • Maintain accurate customer information and interaction details within the CRM system. • Coordinate with internal teams and delivery partners to ensure prompt and seamless resolution of customer concerns. • Efficiently manage multiple customer interactions while maintaining a high standard of professionalism. • *Requirements:** • Minimum 6 months of experience in customer support or a similar customer-facing role. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in both English and Hindi. • Demonstrates composure and empathy while managing customer interactions in challenging situations. • Basic computer proficiency with the ability to quickly learn new CRM tools and systems. • Candidates should have their own laptop and a reliable broadband internet connection. • Willingness to work in rotational shifts, including weekends and holidays, based on business requirements. • *Why Join Us?** • Receive structured, paid training to develop proficiency in support tools, systems, and professional communication standards. • Performance-driven growth opportunities with continuous learning and development support. • Opportunity to work closely with emerging and high-growth D2C brands • Work in a collaborative environment that encourages learning and continuous improvement.
