Job Description
As the Designer at TransPerfect, you will be the creative force behind TransPerfect's visual identity, crafting brand assets, performance-driven ad creatives, landing pages, and UI/UX experiences that resonate and convert. This role blends brand design with marketing ads and UI/UX, translating complex concepts into visuals that connect instantly across digital and offline touchpoints. You will own TransPerfect's design language across campaigns, web experiences, and product interfaces, ensuring every asset reflects a consistent and compelling brand story. Note: This is an independent contributor role where you'll own the complete charter from strategy and planning to hands-on execution and delivery. - Lead the creation and evolution of TransPerfect's brand identity and visual system for consistency across all channels. - Design high-impact ad creatives, social media assets, and performance marketing campaigns optimized for conversion. - Create landing pages and web experiences with strong UI/UX principles that drive engagement and user action. - Develop marketing collateral including pitch decks, brochures, infographics, presentations, and sales materials. - Partner with marketing, product, and leadership teams to translate strategies into compelling visual narratives. - Build and maintain a scalable design system and component library for brand consistency and efficiency. - Design motion graphics and video content for campaigns, product demos, and social platforms. - Collaborate with content and performance teams to ensure visuals align with campaign goals and brand guidelines. - Experiment with new formats, design trends, and creative approaches to enhance brand differentiation. - Ensure all visual assets meet brand standards, accessibility requirements, and performance benchmarks. - Brand identity design and visual system management. - Performance marketing and ad creative design. - Landing page design with UI/UX best practices. - Multi-channel design (digital, print, events, social media). - Presentation and pitch deck design. - Motion graphics and video editing. - Design tools proficiency (Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, Canva). - Design system and template creation for scalability. - Illustration and infographic creation. Desired Skills and Experience: - Strong understanding of B2B brand communication and performance marketing principles. - Experience designing for web, social, product interfaces, and conversion-focused campaigns. - Ability to translate complex ideas into simple, memorable visuals that drive action. - Familiarity with motion design tools (After Effects, Premiere Pro) is a plus. - Strong eye for typography, color theory, layout design, and visual hierarchy. - Excellent communication and collaboration skills for international teams and cross-functional partnerships.
