With 124+ successful projects and clients across tech, blockchain, energy, and e-commerce we are a creative-first team that turns big ideas into iconic brands. We're now expanding our creative team and looking for a talented Graphic Designer to grow with us. WHAT YOU'LL DO • Design compelling brand identity systems — logos, visual guidelines, color palettes, typography • Create scroll-stopping social media creatives, ad banners, and digital marketing assets • Design pitch decks, presentations, and marketing collateral for Web2 & Web3 clients • Develop packaging design, merchandise, and print-ready artwork when needed • Collaborate with UI/UX designers on web and app visual design elements • Produce motion graphics and animated assets for social media and campaigns • Maintain brand consistency across all client touchpoints and deliverables • Iterate quickly on feedback and deliver polished work within tight deadlines • Bring fresh, trend-aware creative ideas to every client project WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR • 1–4 years of graphic design experience — agency experience strongly preferred • Expert-level proficiency in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop (non-negotiable) • Strong working knowledge of Adobe InDesign for print and layout design • Figma skills for design collaboration and digital asset creation • A killer portfolio showing brand identity, social media, and print work • Sharp eye for typography, color theory, visual hierarchy, and composition • Ability to handle multiple projects simultaneously with strong time management • Understanding of Web3 / crypto / tech design trends is a significant advantage • Comfortable working with international clients and brand guidelines • Good English communication skills (written and verbal) • Bonus: Motion graphics / After Effects / video editing skills • Bonus: Experience with Canva Pro for quick-turnaround content • Bonus: Knowledge of printing processes and file preparation WHAT WE OFFER • Salary based on your portfolio and experience • Work on real, exciting projects for global Web2 & Web3 startup clients • Fast career growth - Junior → Mid → Senior → Lead Designer track • Learning budget for design courses, tools, and industry events • Collaborative, young, and creative agency culture - no corporate BS • Build a portfolio that stands out - work with blockchain, tech & energy brands • Exposure to global design standards and international client briefs • Access to premium design tools - Adobe CC, Figma, and more provided MUST INCLUDE IN YOUR APPLICATION • Portfolio link — Behance / Dribbble / personal website / Google Drive (mandatory — no portfolio = no review) • Resume / CV with your design experience and tools • Mention your city: Ahmedabad OR Rajkot in your application message • Tell us in 2–3 lines: What type of design work excites you the most?
