AI & Social Media Associate | Entry-Level | Remote (India) - Fresher

About the job: We're a growing AI-first marketing agency looking for fresh talent to join our team. This is a great opportunity for recent graduates who are passionate about the intersection of AI and content. What you'll do: • Assist with AI-powered content creation and social media management • Support client communications and campaign execution • Manage end-to-end content calendars for 810 client accounts • Handle basic graphic design, video editing, and copywriting • Build and maintain automations across Zapier, Make, and custom workflows • Respond to DMs and comments within 2 hours during business days • Track analytics and prepare weekly performance reports for all accounts • Coordinate with freelance designers, video editors, and writers • Maintain CRM and client documentation • Occasionally hop on client calls to take notes and share updates • Light website updates (WordPress, Webflow, or Framer nothing major) • Help with founder's personal brand content when needed • Other duties as assigned Requirements: • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Familiarity with social media platforms (LinkedIn, Instagram, X) • 4+ years of professional experience with Claude or similar AI assistants • Basic understanding of prompt engineering and AI workflows • Proficiency in Canva, Notion, Google Workspace, Figma, Premiere Pro, and CapCut • 3+ years experience building AI-powered automations • Self-starter with an ownership mindset we don't micromanage • Comfortable working in a fast-paced startup environment • Must have own laptop and stable internet connection • Flexible with working hours to accommodate international clients Bonus: • Experience with ChatGPT plugins (2+ years preferred) • Background in short-form video content • Existing personal brand with 10K+ followers preferred What we offer: • Massive learning opportunity you'll wear many hats! • Direct exposure to founders • Performance-based incentives after 6 months • Potential for full-time conversion after 3-month trial period Compensation: 3.55 LPA (based on experience) Note: There will be a short unpaid trial project as part of the interview process. ^(This job post is an experiment to see how many applications we get for a role with impossible requirements.
