In this role, you will support our Data Analyst and have the option to work flexible hours or on EMEA shift hours (10AM-6PM IST). You will be responsible for developing deep knowledge of Criteos technology, products, and position in the marketplace. This includes providing actionable insights and creating best practices to solve operational problems, as well as identifying opportunities for scaling analysis and tools across different business units. You will leverage your skills in Python and SQL to answer commercial requests and maintain reports/tools in Tableau, Python, and other data tools. Additionally, you will conduct back-office ad-hoc analysis, problem-solving, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis. Automation of tasks to enhance efficiency and collaboration with teams in other countries will also be essential.Candidate QualificationsTo be successful in this role, you should have a Bachelors degree or higher in a quantitative/business field such as Mathematics, Statistics, Engineering, Economics, Business, or Finance. You should have 0-1 years of work experience in a business/data analytics role, preferably from a consulting, product-tech, retail, or e-commerce background. Strong intellectual curiosity, the ability to solve difficult problems with minimal supervision, and excellent technical skills including SQL, Python, and visualization are a must. Effective business acumen and client engagement skills are crucial for providing clear actionable insights. Experience with Excel, Tableau, Hive/Hadoop, Vertica, Git/Gerrit, or knowledge in agency or digital marketing is a plus.
