Role Overview: You will be joining our team in Malad, Mumbai as a Customer Support Executive. Your main responsibilities will include handling inbound and outbound calls, resolving customer queries and complaints professionally, and accurately documenting customer interactions and feedback in the CRM system. Key Responsibilities: - Customer Interaction: You will be responsible for handling inbound and outbound calls from customers. - Issue Resolution: Your role will involve resolving customer queries and complaints professionally at the first instance. - Documentation: You will need to accurately record customer interactions and feedback in the CRM system. Qualification Required: - Education: Graduates from any stream are welcome to apply, including freshers. Undergraduates should have a minimum of 6 months experience in a BPO process. - Immediate Joiners: We are looking for individuals who can join immediately. - Shift Requirement: You should be comfortable working in rotational shifts in a 24/7 environment. The job offers a 5-day working week with 2 rotational week-offs. Additional Details: The work location for this role is in Malad, Mumbai. Required Skills: - Communication: Fluency in English and Hindi is mandatory for this role. - Soft Skills: You should possess strong active listening skills, empathy, and the ability to handle high-pressure situations. - Technical Skills: Basic computer proficiency and a decent typing speed are required for this position.
