Job Description • Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner. • Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable products. • Maintain product displays and ensure the store is clean and organized. • Achieve daily and monthly sales targets. • Handle billing and payment processes when required. • Manage customer queries and resolve complaints effectively. • Keep track of stock levels and inform the manager about shortages. • Stay updated on product knowledge, offers, and promotions. Qualifications • Good communication and interpersonal skills. • Basic sales and negotiation skills. • Customer service orientation. • Ability to work in a fast-paced retail environment. • Basic knowledge of billing systems or POS (preferred but not mandatory).
