Marketplace Optimization Analyst (Entry Level)

About the Role: We're looking for an Entry-Level Marketplace Optimization Analyst to support our product, growth, and operations teams in improving how experiences perform across Thrillark. The role is ideal for freshers who enjoy analysing patterns, spotting gaps, and contributing to improvements that directly impact visibility, ranking, and user engagement. What You'll Do • Monitor and analyse performance data for experience listings • Identify gaps in visibility, ranking, and discoverability across the platform • Recommend optimizations based on trends and performance signals • Collaborate with Product, Marketing, and Operations to implement improvements • Support in building simple reports to highlight key insights and outcomes What We're Looking For • Analytical mindset with good attention to detail • Interest in digital products, marketplaces, or travel platforms • Ability to interpret information logically and communicate insights clearly • Basic familiarity with Excel/Google Sheets is a plus (not mandatory) • Eagerness to learn and grow within a fast-paced startup environment What You'll Gain • Hands-on exposure to marketplace performance & optimization • Experience working closely with cross-functional teams • Opportunity to contribute directly to product visibility and user engagement • A strong foundation for future roles in product, growth, or data analysis Skills Required Excel, google sheets
